mmigration has always been a difficult and uphill battle. Especially with the constant change in regulations, cases and attempts to limit legal immigration. It is also exceedingly difficult if you are in Removal/Deportation proceedings as Immigration Judges are now given 'quotas' to push through as many cases as quickly as they can. This results in quicker denials and lack of due process.
