2. Notre Dame Cathedral

Another remarkable symbol of Paris is Notre-Dame de Paris, also known as Notre Dame. The cathedral is located on the eastern half of the Ile de la Cité. It is a great piece of structure illustrating French Gothic architecture in France and Europe.
