During your first visit your dentist will take an impression of your teeth to make custom-fitted 'teeth trays' that are precision made to fit your mouth comfortably, allowing the teeth whitening gel to be applied evenly over the surface of your teeth. At your second visit your dentist will fine-tune your teeth trays, take you through the at-home process and give you your whitening gel. You will then start your treatment and enjoy whiter teeth in around two to three weeks.
