This is the second in a series of "HOW TO COOK" videos.
These were all shot using a Nikon D5100 DSLR Camera.
Most shots were taken with a prime lens: Nikon DX AF-S NIKKOR 35mm 1:1.8G
Additional shots were taken with a zoom lens: Nikon ED AF-S NIKKOR 70-300mm 1:4.5-5.6 G
Software: Edited using iMovie
Hardware: iMac 27" 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7

Ingredients:

1½ cups Couscous

1¾ cups Vegetable broth/stock

¼ stick margarine

1½ medium onions
(Finely chopped)

1½ medium red bell peppers
(chopped into tiny cubes)

4 medium tomatoes
(de-seeded and chopped into tiny cubes)

¾ bunch Coriander/Cilantro
(finely chopped)

1 or 2 small hot peppers/chilies
(finely chopped)
